Cursor plugin

Remotion maintains a plugin for Cursor.

It can help you create and edit Remotion projects and includes Remotion Agent Skills.

Installation

Install the Remotion plugin from the Cursor Marketplace.

Alternatively, clone the plugin into Cursor's local plugin directory:

mkdir -p ~/.cursor/plugins/local
git clone https://github.com/remotion-dev/cursor-plugin.git ~/.cursor/plugins/local/remotion

Restart Cursor or run Developer: Reload Window after installing the plugin.

Usage

Ask Cursor to create or edit a Remotion video. Cursor automatically loads the relevant skills.

You can also invoke the main skill directly:
